What’s your name, and what do you do at PerfectDraft?

Hi I’m Ellie and I’m part of the Customer Service team, I spend my days speaking to all the amazing customers and helping them out with all kinds of different situations!

What was your last PerfectDraft pint?

My last pint on my PerfectDraft was Stella unfiltered. It was a ‘Friday night, finishing the week’ pint with my partner at home. We both really love Stella unfiltered so its always our fav keg to get in! It’s the perfect pint to end a busy week at work and start the weekend with.

What's your dream beer on PerfectDraft?

I’ve got a LOT of different beers that I would love to see on PerfectDraft, but on a recent holiday, I came across the Dry & Bitter Brewing Company, and fell in love with their “Deranged DDH DIPA”. The beer tastes amazing, the band they collaborated with for it are sick, and I’m a sucker for packaging and it looked beautiful! This beer ticks all my boxes so would be something id love to see on PerfectDraft.

What's your favourite food to have with beer?

It 100% has to be chicken wings with loaded fries for me. Not too spicy to ruin the taste of the beer, but not bland either haha. Loaded fries with all the cheese, sauce and (my personal fav) Pulled pork!

If you could brew any beer, what would it be? Style/ABV/name?

If i had the chance to brew my own beer id love to make a sour beer. The flavour would be Cherry for definite as I absolute love cherry! It would be on the stronger side, maybe around 7.5/8% and packaging would be very extra for sure. I would 100% call it "ChELLIE Bomb" as well.
