August Bank Holiday - What's the team up to?
It's August Bank Holiday and we've been sat chatting in PD-HQ all about what we have planned for our extra day off. You won't be surprised to read that they all involve beer in some way, shape or form!
We caught up with a few team members who just happened to be sat in the office this week to give us a breakdown of their plans, to try and inspire the community on what they can do with their PerfectDraft for an extra day.
What are your plans?
Yorkshire is forecast sun, we’ve got the Monday off... There's only 1 place i’m going and thats camping in the Dales, with my PD machine!
What are you drinking?
Stella Unfiltered, the GOAT lager on PD. If beers were footballers, Stella UF would be on its way to Chelsea on a billion a week.
What are you eating with your beers?
Pork Pies, will head to the local butcher early Friday to secure the bag. Calories don’t count when you’re camping.
What are your plans?
Well there is only one thing to do when you have a PerfectDraft machine on a bank holiday and that is to host a BBQ with the music blasting, regardless of the weather.
What are you drinking?
A cold refreshing Camden Hells, I know my mates will be happy with my choice as well!
What are you eating with your beers?
I will be having a variety of food, but I am most looking forward to my spicy beer BBQ chicken skewers that will go down nicely with a Camden Hells.
What are your plans?
It’s my best mates Birthday this weekend, so a shindig out his place is on the cards. Of course, he’s already asked me to take the PD machine over!
What are you drinking?
Jupiler all day. By far my favourite in the range, absolute crowd pleaser.
What are you eating with your beers?
The Ooni (other Pizza ovens are available) will be getting fired up. So mainly wood-fired broccoli … No Pizza... we’ll be eating Pizza.
What are your plans?
I’m heading to End of the Road festival on Thursday for 5 days, so I’ll be packing up my PerfectDraft in the camper van.
What are you drinking?
It’s Corona Extra for me, don’t forget the lime.
What are you eating with your beers?
I’ve just returned from a holiday in Sicily, so I’ll be snacking on some arancini and gelato with my beer. Ciao!
What are your plans?
Bank holiday plans?.... What else is there to do than fuel up the quad bikes and dirt bikes, load up the trailer with the tents and generator, drive around the beautiful old pit lands of South Yorkshire with the wife and kids, find the Perfect Camp site with views, set a camp fire up, get the generator on and get that beautiful piece of machinery that is the elite PerfectDraft Pro switched on.
What are you drinking?
It has to be the beautiful, crisp liquid gold that is Orchard Pig Reveller. The Perfect pour for the summer camping setting, whilst taking in the views of the beautiful South Yorkshire country side!
What are you eating with your beers?
Oh my, there is only one way to eat when out in nature with a Orchard Piggy in hand and thats chilli tomato sausages perfectly barbecued with that smoked charred flavour. Topped off with crispy onions and fiery barbecue sauce - HEAVEN!
What are your plans?
I'm getting my hair and nails done on Saturday, think I'll add a massage to the list. Then I plan to do my best to ignore the kids all weekend while sitting on my terrace and generally trying to do as close to sweet FA as possible.
What are you drinking?
Spaten at 0°C, truly the GOAT of lager on PD (don't listen to Jack).
What are you eating with your beers?
Sadly no German sausage to properly match the beers, but I have an amazing local butcher and his bangers aren’t the wurst…
